The Metro League Final 2015 is taking place on, Friday the 13th of March in Malahide RFC on Estuary Road: Malahide RFC 2nd’s V Terenure RFC KO 8.00pm Come on down, support the lads and make a night of it!
Malahide Camera Club is hosting its second successive photographic exhibition in the Parish Pastoral Centre, Main St., Malahide, and it will be open to the public from Saturday 21st March. On the previous evening, Friday 20th at 7.30 pm, the exhibition will be officially opened by David and Philip Fields, sons of Arthur Fields, the "Man on the Bridge". Arthur was an icon of Dublin for 50 years, photographing people on O'Connell Bridge and recording social history through his lens in the process.
While the official opening is “by invitation only”, the exhibition will be open to the general public from Saturday 21 March and will run for at least two weeks A total of 145 images will be exhibited, displaying a variety of themes celebrating, in moments captured on camera, an eclectic range of human and environmental experiences that will delight viewers.
