About Performance Therapy Ireland

PTI is a functional fitness, Strength & Conditioning and Weightlifting gym which specialises in coaching individuals from the complete novice to the advanced athlete within the group setting. We offer one to one Personal Training as well as appointment based group training sessions with a coach at various times throughout the day, 7 days a week. We have members from 16 up to 80 years of age training with us. 
Other services we offer are a Ladies only Bootcamp two evenings a week on our mezzanine floor and a Senior Strength & Mobility group two mornings a week in the gym for our over 60’s members.
Members book their training sessions, buy their membership, view club news and buy merchandise on our customised purpose built membership app. 
Our facility includes male and female changing rooms and showers, a physical therapy room, a large gym floor and astro turf mezzanine floor.
We have enough rowing machines, flywheel bikes, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, climbing ropes, medicine balls, pull up bars, gymnastic rings, squat racks and training platforms to coach up to 16 clients per hour 7 days a week.
