Method/Vision
My mission is to provide babies and children with the foundations of a healthy start using natural approaches. My method is evidence-based, personalised and intuitive. I use a blend of approaches (nutritional science, physical therapy, laboratory testing, pre and peri natal psychology) to best serve a child and his/her family. I also take pride in resourcing the parents so that they can proactively support their child’s health and wellbeing. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing a child make a recovery and maintain health long-term.
Work with me
How many consultations are required?
I offer different levels of support to fit different needs. The initial work consists of 3 sessions over 3-12 weeks. My aim is to get to the root cause and provide long-lasting solutions, which requires continuous support and focus. This also offers the advantage of a bundle discount.
After the initial consultation, get a personalised step-plan including:
- Home exercises for motor skills, stress-reduction and behavioural support
- Dietary recommendations, including key foods to include/avoid as well as suitable replacements and recipes
- Natural remedies and supplements (if needed) with detailed instructions on dose and timings.
- Laboratory testing (if needed) and interpretation
Once all consultations in a pack are used, additional consultations may be required ona case-by-case basis.
What does a consultation involve?
I use natural and nutritional therapies to provide children with a strong and optimal start. My approach is personalised hence, I use whatever tools are in my toolbox to help you and your child, e.g. nutritional/dietary advice, hands-on craniosacral therapy and pre and peri-natal psychology techniques.
Consultations with children/babies include therapy time with the child and parental guidance. The clinic is child-friendly and I aim to make the child as comfortable as possible. Consultations may be carried out on a mat on the floor, plinth or seated according to the child’s needs.
Building trust and making baby/child and parents comfortable is key. I approach babies/children with a caring, non-judgemental attitude and respect their timings, i.e. is it ok to feed or change a baby or take bathrooms breaks.
How long does a consultation last?
About 60minutes for children. Consultation with babies are however, flexible and may run a bit longer as babies may need to be fed or changed.
