On your initial visit, we will spend 45mins doing a thorough assessment before deciding on a treatment plan for you. We use a range of treatments including massage, joint mobilisations, dry needling, taping, and exercise prescription.

We also offer a 'clinical pilates' service. We keep our class sizes small with only 3 people in each class to ensure all exercises are done safely and correctly.
